About Service
These dashboards serve as powerful visual tools for data analysis and presentation in a simplified and easy to understand manner. They are designed to be flexible and fully customizable, enabling users to track key indicators, analyze trends, and make informed decisions based on live and dynamic data. This service aims to enhance users' ability to visualize data, thereby simplifying the decision making process. All governmental organizations in the Emirate of Dubai are eligible to apply for this service.
- An official letter to the Director General of the Dubai Digital Authority or the Chief Executive of the Dubai Data and Statistics Establishment requesting the survey through the EDCP system or by email
The following are the steps that must be followed to request the service and benefit from it:
- Contact Digital Dubai/ Dubai Data & Statistics Establishment through one of the Request Channels
- Send the Official Letter through the EDCP system or by email
- Conduct a meeting with the concerned parties at the Dubai Data & Statistics Establishment to understand the requirements
- Receive the requested interactive dashboard

(3) Working Days to respond to the request and the execution is based on both parties' agreement
