LLMaaS delivers pre-approved, enterprise-grade language models through secure APIs and managed environments, enabling seamless integration with government systems such as digital channels, shared services, and internal platforms. The service supports a wide range of government use cases, including smart assistants, service automation, content generation, policy interpretation, and knowledge management

The service is governed and operated in compliance with Digital Dubai standards and national regulations, ensuring adherence to information security, data privacy, and AI ethics requirements (including ISO 27001, ISR, and relevant UAE frameworks).
